What changes the price?
Property size, condition, service type, location, access, required equipment and whether the work is recurring all affect the final price. A regular maintenance clean is usually easier to estimate than a first deep clean or an end-of-tenancy handover.
Hourly price or fixed quote?
Some cleaners publish an hourly guide while others quote a fixed amount after reviewing the scope. Fixed quotes can be especially useful when the job has a clear checklist, photographs and a target completion date.
How to get comparable quotes
Describe the property honestly, include bedrooms and bathrooms, list extras such as oven or inside windows, add useful photos and state your preferred date. The more complete the request, the easier it is for cleaners to respond with a realistic price.
What should you compare besides price?
Look at service coverage, reviews, insurance or verification information where available, availability, what supplies are included and whether the cleaner is an individual or a team. The cheapest quote is not automatically the best fit.
Create one complete cleaning request so suitable providers have the context they need to respond.
