No. You choose which normal marketplace opportunities to unlock. A direct request from a customer to your profile is a 0-credit priority invitation.
Can cleaning companies join?
Yes. Independent cleaners, small teams and cleaning companies can create provider profiles and use business tools.
How does local matching work?
Cristal uses your selected services and travel area. When coordinates are available, distance matching is based on your service radius with postcode matching as a fallback.
