Delivery and fulfilment: Complete your brief in My Solutions after payment. We review the included pages and content, then agree a production schedule with you. You receive a preview to review before publication. Hosting starts when the site is published. Payment starts a website project; it does not mean a finished website already exists. Bespoke applications, copywriting projects and major redesigns are outside this package.

Cancellation and changes: No minimum commitment. Recurring services renew at the interval shown in your investment summary. You can request cancellation in My Solutions at any time; it takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops the next renewal. Service changes and refund requests are handled under Cristal’s Terms of Use and any rights that apply to your purchase.

Website and content ownership: You keep ownership of your business identity and the content you supply. Your website uses a Cristal template and is hosted while the website subscription is active. Original and third-party components retain their respective licences. Contact us to arrange a content export and domain transfer if you leave; the export format and any third-party requirements are confirmed before handover.

Domain arrangements: One available standard .co.uk domain and its standard renewal are included while the website subscription is active. We check availability and confirm the registrant details with you before registration. Existing domains remain yours. Premium domains and additional domains are not included. On cancellation, we help arrange transfer to your chosen registrar; future domain renewal and hosting are your responsibility.

Website and content ownership: After full payment and approval, you may use the final logo for your business marketing and supply the SVG to your printer or designer. We identify any third-party fonts or components and their licences at handover. Unused concepts remain with their creator. Trademark clearance and registration are not included.
