Delivery and fulfilment
After payment, complete the brief in My Solutions. We agree your content delivery date, then publish eight standard post designs and their captions to your private delivery folder for each paid month. New delivery periods are created only for confirmed paid coverage. Publishing to your social accounts is not included.

How do I receive the posts?+
Your content files and captions are published to a monthly delivery folder in My Solutions. We notify you when your delivery is ready.
Cancellation and changes+
No minimum commitment. Recurring services renew at the interval shown in your investment summary. You can request cancellation in My Solutions at any time; it takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops the next renewal. Service changes and refund requests are handled under Cristal’s Terms of Use and any rights that apply to your purchase.
